We are very lucky living and working on such a beautiful island and we try to take advantage of our environment whenever possible to support our learning.

Unlike other schools where the majority of children travel to and from school by car and with parents, Sark School pupils are very independent and usually travel to and from school by cycle, occasionally on foot,  but invariably independently from a very young age.

At playtimes pupils take advantage of the large millennium field to play a wide range of games including cricket, football, frisbee, bat and ball or simply running and chasing games.

We take lessons outside whenever possible so it is not unusual to find a group of children at the Seigneurie Gardens studying wildlife while another may be enjoying art lessons on the Eperquerie.
