Sark School truly shone during Eisteddfod month in March, showcasing the remarkable talents of our Year 5 and 6 students. Their performances in the Junior Music Making class, featuring "Freed from Desire" and "Wipeout," captivated the audience and earned them Honours with an impressive 85% grade. We are proud of their hard work and dedication!

We are thrilled to share that our Key Stage 1 children delivered an outstanding performance of Spike Milligan's "The Ning Nang Nong" at the Eisteddfod Speech and Drama Festival, earning an Honours award for group speaking! Their vibrant display was filled with color, silliness, and joy, showcasing incredible confidence on stage. Despite being a small school competing against larger groups, they truly captivated the audience with their bravery, enthusiasm, and teamwork. A huge congratulations to all our fantastic performers, and a special shout-out to our brilliant mini Directors, Ernest and Ava, for their fabulous and direction!

Congratulations to Class 3 for their remarkable achievement in the Group Speaking event! Their heartfelt recital of Maya Angelou's "Life Doesn't Frighten Me," coupled with an impressive performance of "Man Man e Ban Malade" (a poem in Sarkese about a woman who comes home from a trip to Guernsey to find her husband has died) showcased their talent and dedication. Earning an Hon award and achieving a fantastic score of 90% is a testament to their hard work. Well done, Class 3!
